Ministry Projects
In addition to Field Worker Sponsorship, Operation Harvest funds several ongoing ministry projects that help cultivate the ministry efforts in each country. These projects provide scholarships, outreach tools, materials, and equipment necessary to implement, maintain, and grow the Evangelism Explosion ministry in numerous third world areas. However, to ensure sponsorship funds are used exclusively to support the field workers, we raise the funds for ministry projects separately. You choose the amount to give to a specific project.
At this time, if you do not choose to sponsor a Field Worker, you may want to consider a donation or monthly pledge to one of the following projects.

 Clinic Scholarships
The Clinic Scholarships project provides the funds necessary to sponsor a pastor or church leader’s participation in an Evangelism Explosion Leadership Clinic. The clinic is an intensive 5-day training event that equips the pastor or church leader to return to his or her church and implement the evangelism and discipleship ministry that will help them equip the saints for the work of the ministry.
The average cost of $60.00 per person will provide the training materials, meals, housing and in most cases travel expenses for a pastor or church leader to attend the clinic.

Material Translation & Printing
While Evangelism Explosion is operating in every nation of the world, it is not yet in use within every people group. One of the biggest obstacles EE faces is having the training materials available in the languages used by the people groups we are trying to reach. The Material Translation project provides individuals with an opportunity to partner with the Lord in helping us overcome this obstacle. The average translation cost of the training material is $1,900.00.
The reprinting of training materials is an operating expense that is not included in the Field Worker Sponsorship due to the sporadic need that would over inflate the annual budget if factored into the cost on an individual basis. However, the Material Printing project provides an avenue to raise funds for the printing needs for each country rather than each individual community. This gives greater flexibility and discretion to the national directors to meet overall printing needs. Printing costs varies, based on volume. It is estimated that $3,000.00 per job is an average cost.

New Office Set-up
As God provides the resources and personnel, new regional and local offices will be established in unreached areas. The estimated cost of initially securing an office location, along with purchasing necessary furnishings and equipment is $3,500.00. Your gift to the New Office Set-up project will enable us to continue the establishment of EE in remote, unreached areas.

Outreach to Illiterates
People in many areas are illiterate. We have designed unique EE materials to train semi-literates and illiterates how to share their Christian faith and train others to do the same. The funds given make it possible to reach these numerous remote areas. After our training, one villager said, "Thank you for not forgetting us. Now we know how to tell our friends and neighbors about God." The estimated cost for such an area project is $1,500.00. This Outreach also allows us to strategically reach people groups who have never heard the Good News of Christ.

Urgent Ministry Projects
From time to time, there may be projects that are vital to the effective ministry of Operation Harvest. However, these projects cannot be initiated until funding is available. Many sponsors choose to have Operation Harvest Leadership allocate their gift to the most critical need of the ministry. If this is your desire, we will use your monthly pledge or special gift to help meet the needs of the most urgent ministry projects at this time.
